Unref the adjustment.

* gtk/gtkprogress.c (gtk_progress_finalize): Unref
the adjustment.

* gtk/gtkmenu.c: Modified reference counting so
that the reference count from the toplevel that
the menu creates to the menu is invisible to the
application.
